RUNNNNN!!!! Camping World is a SCAM!!!! We purchased our camper from them with the understanding that the repairs needed would be handled, did not happen, I have spoken with Keith (financing), Chris (Service) Melissa (Service) and my sales agent, who no longer works there Dan and none of them have helped with ANYTHING. I bought the camper and as soon as I did they have done nothing but avoid the numerous calls I have made regarding the issues. They will bounce you around from person to person with no resolution. They will tell you they will call you back and never call you back. They clearly are scammers and once you have bought the camper they will ignore you if you have any issues at all. They are not reputable and I have contacted a lawyer in regards to this and will be reaching out to the news stations they are affiliated with to make them aware of their misconduct. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A CAMPER FROM THEM!!!!! If I could I would put a NEGETIVE star review.

Brad was amazing. Stopped at the world 4 pm on a Friday. Couldn't start "shureley" after propane fill up. Brad diagnosed the problem as the starter. No parts available here so my husband ran & picked up the new starter. Brad installed it & we are on our way by 5pm. Thank you so much.

Just purchased a new camper. Dan, our salesperson was awesome. Basically told him what we wanted and he found the perfect one that checked ALL the boxes with a few bonuses too. Staff is friendly and service people were helpful too.

My first and only time visiting an RV store and this place was incredible! It’s very clean, has more options than you can imagine, has a high energy fun welcoming feeling the minute you enter the building. I made an appointment with Sarah and met with Brendan Botz, and I cannot recommend him enough! From the first handshake to the end of my visit (an hour and a half) Brendan’s energy and positivity and patience didn’t falter. He was extremely helpful, was completely up front and honest and genuine with her questions and answers to me. He knows his stuff and I learned A LOT about RV’s and what owning and maintaining one actually is. I absolutely 100% would have left there yesterday with the perfect RV for me had I paid attention to the back of my suv (doesn’t have a tow hitch….yet). So if you’re looking for an RV be it huge to small, or are just curious about them and want to learn more, I highly recommend Camping World on Interstate Island Blvd and especially Brendan Botz. Thank you for everything.

First time buying a brand new travel trailer and we decided to go to Camping World to look around at a model we had seen online. Ended up picking one with some slight damage for an amazing discount. Our salesman Dominick in the sales department was fantastic to work with. Kelly in the financing department department was outstanding for sorting out issues we experienced during the financing process. Shane, the technician that did our walk-through was an amazing person that did a thorough job showing us how to use the unit. Overall, very happy with everything and looking forward to many camping memories ahead.
